Ducks in Flight

Description:

Three ducks raising from the rushes.  The ducks are in various stages and levels of flight.  The highest point, 9 feet. The left duck has full open wings coming out of cat tails.  The other two ducks are in graduated positions of flight; lifting off from the marsh setting.  This bronze scene is mounted on a granite base with commemorative plaque.  The sculpture is displayed in a garden setting planted with plume grasses.

The subject matter was chosen because the person it was dedicated to was a duck hunter and loved the out-of-doors.
